It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka sa kuhinjom i blagovaonicom i dvije dvokrevetne sobe, te kupaonicom. Sve prostorije imaju mogućnost grijanja i hlađenja koje je uključeno u cijenu. Apartmanu pripadaju i dva natkrivena parkirna mjesta.

It has one double bedroom, one bathroom and one guest toilette. A heated pool, jacuzzi and fitness area are also at your disposal. This area is shared with another apartment. Barbecue (common) area with another terrace is provided too. Close to the beach, offering private parking spot, fully equipped, nicely furnished.

The apartment is part of a new house. The location is perfect because it is close to the sea, beaches and city center. Everything is always clean and ready for the guests. The host is very polite and helpful and will always help you when you need. The house has a swimming pool for all guests. The parking place in the yard is included in the price. Apartment does not have its own terrace, guests can use common area by the grill.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
