In the heart of the village. The back 1 bedroom cottage of a 1920's bungalow in downtown La Jolla. Restaurants, cafes, movie theater, and more are all within a couple blocks walk. Walk 10 minutes to the ocean. Schools are located on either side of the property, so there are sounds of playing children until the afternoon but peaceful evenings. Bus stop for the 30 line on the corner, that runs to LJ Shores beach, UCSD and Pacific Beach. Off-street parking. Owner lives in front bungalow.

It is not a party pad, however it is perfect for families. a 30amp electric car charger for free use as well. Also we just renovated the kitchen and master bathroom.
