Situato fronte lago, l'appartamento per 5 persone è immerso in un verde parco le cui terrazze naturali digradano dolcemente verso la spiaggia, offrendo una magnifica vista. Il parco è composto da case e appartamenti, una piscina (aperta da fine maggio a metà settembre), un ristorante - pizzeria, un minimarket, campo da tennis, palla volo e tavoli da ping-pong. Da giugno alla prima settimana di settembre è aperta la scuola di windsurf e l'attività di noleggio imbarcazioni, tavole da surf e sup.

L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Ideale se amate la vera campagna lombarda. Risiedo qui dal 1995.
