It sits on three acres on Lake Palestine and has plenty of lounging and dining areas on the wraparound porch and garage. Bring your own boat and tubes to use anywhere on the lake. This is the perfect weekend retreat to make precious friend and family memories! . The storage building is a converted room with 4 queen beds. Nicely decorated with comfortable touches. Comes with a private patio deck and a waterfront dock with a covered boat slip. Please be sure to carefully read the directions section before your arrival. Lastly this is a lake front property, especially in the spring and summertime there can be a lot of flying insects.

It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

Guests also have access to a primitive pistol pit gun range. Please note this area is still under development and is available for use at your own risk, as it is not staffed. Relax and unwind in the newly added outdoor hot tub, conveniently located on the deck! Firewood is provided
