Our studio guest house iis located in Villa Heights, between Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, where good food, breweries, and music abound .*This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. Featured on Farmhouse tours as the perfect Airbnb! This 60 year old farmhouse is your perfect restful retreat. Equipped with a full kitchen including all the utensils you need to make the perfect meal (Pots, pans, Keurig, waffle maker, toaster). House includes three bedrooms, one bath. Two bedrooms have queen beds with a bonus bedroom that has three twin beds. Our bathroom is a recently renovated tiled shower. No parties allowed on the premises.
