The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. The Elizabeth Flat at Fahnestock House

History welcomes you and invites you to enjoy this third floor space. A cozy bedroom with nooks and crannies make it special. The antique headboard and original bathroom corner sink all make you think of times past. Head on through the sunny living room, the old floors creaking beneath your feet. Enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee perched at the window bar. The original windows form what we call “the tower”. A lovely place to watch the world go by.
