Bilik kami terletak di atas Dale's Place (Restoran & Bar) hanya .2 batu dari GAP Trail di bandar Smithton yang tenang. Tempat yang sesuai untuk berehat selepas seharian di denai, sungai, atau padang golf. Ini adalah bilik individu dengan dua tandas berkongsi (berkunci). Di tingkat bawah, Dale's Place (tempat bebas rokok) mempunyai menu lengkap dan makanan istimewa harian (12 tengah hari-9 malam hari Isnin-Ahad 12 tengah hari-9 malam), bar lengkap, akses internet, enam pek untuk dibawa dan hiburan pada hujung minggu musim panas.
