You will have the entire upstairs to yourself, the space below you is storage space. Our place is just 1.5 miles from down town Hendersonville, 40 minutes to downtown Asheville, and just 20-30 minutes to Brevard, Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State forest. The Ecusta Greenway is just a 5 minute walk from the house. Great central location!

Located in historic Druid Hills, the Sweet Retreat is conveniently situated one mile from downtown Hendersonville and about 25-30 minutes from Asheville and Brevard. The house was recently renovated to incorporate the many luxuries of the 21st century but maintains its 1950's charm. Scandinavian inspired, this cabin was designed and built by the hosts using site-harvested lumber and custom hand-crafted wood and metalwork features. The cabin lays on a south-facing mountain covered in rhododendron forest with the view and sounds of the creek below.
