A bright and airy two bedroom barn conversation with exposed beams on the side of our family home on the outskirts of Holcombe Village in Radstock. With parking outside the door and being on one level with widened internal doors, the accommodation is suitable for all abilities. The first of two bedrooms has a double bed and the second has two single beds. The bathroom has a walk in shower, towels provided. Little Manor Annexe - Beautiful Rural Location

A bright and airy two bedroom annexe on the side of our family home, set down a private drive in the little village of Downhead. Wonderful views of fields to enjoy at the front and side of the home and quiet woodland behind. Wildlife and farm animals are easily spotted. The popular East Mendip Way footpath passes the bottom of the garden, offering fabulous walks. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities.

Beautiful and lovingly renovated Coach House in the heart of Pilton village, set in the lush private grounds of our family home. Two double bedrooms, one with free-standing roll top bath (option to add an extra bed/cot for a child); shower room; large open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room, with two sets of double doors leading to a private outdoor dining terrace (with BBQ & fire pit); view and shared use of our paddock with rope swing, baby swing and trampoline for children.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Longleat, Bruton with Hauser & Wirth Gallery & the Newt Garden/restaurant close by & Bath 20 mins drive. Please note we do have facilities for babies.

The Coach House between Bath & Wells

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.
