THE PIONEER Guesthouse The Pioneer is suitable for 4 persons. The apartment has downstairs a livingroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. On the split level floor (open vide) you find the bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds (all boxspring). There is an extra bed and a baby cot free available. Bedlinen, towels etc. are all included. Lelymare Lodge is situated in the organic agricultural area in Lelystad. In recent years the agricultural activities have made room for a horsefarm. Apart from the young quarterhorses that live in herds at Lelymare, there are our dogs, cats, chickens (free eggs!), geese, guinea-fowls and a peacock walking about. On the footpaths along the meadows you can discover all aspects of Lelymare. The surroundings of Lelymare offer much opportunity for hikers, cyclists, watersports and horse riding. Because of its central position in Holland you can make day-trips from Lelymare to tourist-attractions and historic towns all over the Netherlands. The famous Oostvaardersplassen (The New Wilderness) are nearby. The price of € 90 per night is based on 2 persons. For 3 or 4 persons we charge €25 pp extra. We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Aan de andere kant van de stad ligt Natuurpark Lelystad en met de boot kan je vanuit de haven naar de Marker Wadden om vogels te spotten Of bezoek je liever het gezellige Bataviastad Fashion Outlet , ga je een dagje vissen bij Toms Creek of breng je een bezoek aan het Aviodrome? Ook het knusse Enkhuizen, modern Almere en de Hanzestad Harderwijk zijn eenvoudige aan te rijden in +/- 30min

Een verrassend veelzijdige woning aan de rand van water en natuur. De woning is zonnig, ruim en comfortabel en biedt ruimte tot 5 personen. Met extra reiswieg en kinderstoel voor kleine kinderen. Met de Oostvaardersplassen als achtertuin, Markermeer op loopafstand en Bataviastad binnen handbereik. Er is alle ruimte om te watersporten, fietsen, wandelen, mountainbiken, vissen, klimmen en shoppen. Ook voor cultuur en architectuur. Binnen het uur van steden als Amsterdam, Utrecht en Zwolle.

Kom ontspannen in ons gezellige houten vakantiehuis, sfeervol ingericht en gelegen op een idyllische plek in het biologische landbouwgebied aan de rand van Lelystad. Ontsnap aan de drukte en geniet van de rust, comfort en de tuin van ca 1 ha. Wij richten ons op rustzoekers, die hier in deze prachtige omgeving naar hartenlust kunnen recreëren. Geniet van onze prachtige tuin met de vele vogels en de reeën die regelmatig langskomen. Je kunt 's avonds zelfs genieten van een gezellig kampvuur.

We verwelkomen je graag in onze tiny house in de unieke wijk De Realiteit, waar meerdere bijzondere woningen staan als resultaat van een ontwerpwedstrijd. De ruimte is helemaal voor jezelf en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Een tweepersoonsbed, badkamer en keukentje (met combi magnetron, inductiekookplaat en een mini koelkast). Ook is er een terras en kun je voor de deur parkeren. De omgeving biedt prachtige natuur, je loopt naar het water en en je reist eenvoudig naar Amsterdam.

Gezellig huisje, dicht bij zandverstuiving

Deze unieke woning is onder architectonisch ontwerp en begeleiding gebouwd. Landelijk gelegen aan de rand van bos en zandverstuiving. Het Veluwemeer is op fietsafstand. Cultuur en culinair belevenissen zijn er volop in de omgeving. Beneden is alles gelijkvloers. Mensen met een lichamelijke handicap zijn ook welkom. (Hulp van de host, is mogelijk obv beschikbaarheid. Hij is verpleegkundige) Huisdieren niet toegestaan (uitgezonderd hulphonden). Geen feesten! Niet roken in huis.

Bathroom with shower and toilet. 2nd floor: attic with washing machine (rest of the attic not available to guests). Large sunny backyard to the south. Private parking space at the front.

Our 3 floor house is a spacious, comfortable and very bright house surrounded by water, in the middle of nature reserve with lots of privacy. Get on the sup or in the canoe and enjoy the water, nature, wildlife and the wide view! There is plenty of work space with super fast Internet. The house is fully equipped. The famous shopping center Bataviastad is nearby, as well as downtown, theater and historical sites. By car you can reach Amsterdam within 40 minutes.

Kom tot rust in deze unieke en fantastische splitlevel woning: veel licht, ruimte en gezellige buitenterrassen. Vanaf de vlonders spring je in het water, of vaar je met het supboard of met de roeiboot weg! Vanuit de grote woonkeuken kijk je over het water. Met een trapje naar beneden kom je in de woonkamer waar het heerlijk toeven is en sta je gelijkvloers met het water. Een level lager liggen badkamer en slaapkamers en sta je "oog in oog" met het water.
