Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Beach house near Bellagio

Wonderful Beach House situated on the border with Bellagio, at less than 3 km from the center. The house is very spacious also for 6 people and it is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, a large kitchen and a very big bathroom. You will also have a huge private Terrace where you can eat or relax looking at the 180° Lake view. This is the perfect place to enjoy nature and the peace of lake. There is a direct access to the beach under the house. You will never want to leave this place.

Tranquillità, eleganza, comodità e vicinanza alle più esclusive location del lago di Como: queste le parole d'ordine per una fuga dal caos cittadino e un tuffo in quella pace che solo un simile panorama di incontaminata bellezza è in grado di trasmettere. Permettere ai miei ospiti di rigenerarsi vedendo il sole sorgere tra i monti sullo sfondo e rispecchiarsi nelle acque limpide del lago, è ciò che mi spinge ad aprire le porte di questo delizioso monolocale affacciato direttamente sul blu.

Adesso desidero che anche voi possiate godere della pace che qui si respira. Dal balcone del living potrete godere di una delle più belle e suggestive viste del Lago e delle montagne circostanti.
