Departamento nuevo y con excelente ubicación, preferente para 2 personas. Cuenta con aire acondicionado en la recamara y Tv con Chromecast para que puedas disfrutar de tus películas de Netflix, ademas cocina equipada y tv de 43 pulgadas en la sala con Netflix incluido. La avenida principal se localiza a 3 cuadras y media, la playa esta a 2 cuadras. El vecindario es tranquilo y la gente amable, encontraras tienditas de abarrotes, un pequeño super mercado, carniceria y tortillería.

Casa a dos cuadras de la playa, en zona restaurantera. Todos los servicios, tiendas cercanas, a unas cuadras del Centro de Guayabitos. A 30 minutos en auto de playas como San Pancho, Lo de Marcos, Sayulita y a 40 minutos de Puerto Vallarta. Cuenta con tres recámaras con A/C, un baño completo, un medio baño. Alberca con regadera. Cocina, cochera para 2 autos, enfriador de agua, refrigerador, horno de microondas, plancha para ropa. No se permiten fiestas ni visitas en n la casa.
