Ultimate in privacy, yet two minutes from downtown Frankfort! This cabin-style home (think Gatlinburg!) sits on three wooded acres. Long, rambling decks on three sides (one covered, one fully screened, one open air). Our adjacent farm surrounds the property, making it even more private. This home sits high on a bluff above downtown Frankfort & the Kentucky River (our farm borders on the river). Just three miles to Buffalo Trace Distillery (if you could fly, it's way closer than that!)

Nestled in the heart of Kentucky's Bluegrass region, The Dew Drop In, (newly constructed in 2018) is located on Saxony Farm, a working Thoroughbred horse farm, family-owned and operated for over 50 years. More than just a place to rest your head, guests will experience a home-away-from-home location, & enjoy the peace and quiet of farm life, all within striking distance of downtown Lexington, KY's Bourbon Trail, locally-owned restaurants, shops and numerous family-friendly activities.

The Bourbon Sanctuary

NEWLY remodeled home on the Bourbon Trail! This home has 2 bedrooms & 2 baths with a king size bed in one room and a queen in the other. Close proximity to several distilleries and local wineries here in the bluegrass state! You will find a peaceful atmosphere along with some horse farms on your drive to the distilleries. This home is within a mile of Castle & Key distillery and Woodford Reserve! The sunsets are beautiful and you will most likely see wildlife right outside the back door!

The Bourbon Coop

The Bourbon Coop is arguably the best situated location on the Bourbon Trail! It is a convenient walk or golf cart ride to Whiskey Thief distillery across the street. Situated a quarter of a mile off interstate 64, in between Louisville and Lexington, with a 15 minute drive into the city of Frankfort. The cabin is located on a beautiful, scenic plot of land, shared by the friendly hosts, chickens, ducks and a couple of goats. This is a comfortable, quiet and quaint country experience!

We sit in a beautiful 1.6 acres located in a quiet, peaceful area in Anderson county. You can choose to relax with your friends or family by the fire pit, or tour one (or several) of the many sites around here! We are in between Lexington and Louisville, and only a few miles from Frankfort.
