Private entrance, a serene bedroom, cozy living area, and kitchenette. Savor quiet mornings on the dock, stargaze beside the fire pit, or take a short drive to Crystal Bridges. If navigating slopes and multiple steps is difficult, this space may not be the best fit.

The Shack

Relax in this rennovated studio near the Beaver Shores community and Beaver Lake. The house is a quick drive away from the lake, 10 minutes from downtown Rogers, 20 minutes to the Walmart Amp, and is the perfect getaway for those looking to decompress. The Vaughn Haus is conveniently located between Bentonville and Fayetteville near the University, the global headquarters of Tyson, JB Hunt, Walmart and Sam’s Club, world renowned biking trails, art museums and dining. Vaughn Haus was built in 1950 where the original owners, The Vaughn Family, lived for 70 years. Aaron and Elle purchased this home in 2019 and spent a year renovating it for you to enjoy! Hardwood floors, bathroom tile, and several other features in the house are originals.

Little Gigi’s Place

This peaceful one bedroom, one bathroom guest house is tucked away surrounded by nature. You can easily enjoy the tranquility of country living along with privacy, but have the conveniences of being 8 miles from town. This beautiful fully equipped home is attached to the main house through a connected laundry room that is available for use. We are only 12 miles from Bentonville where you can experience museums, parks, bike and walking trails. Many culinary and cultural delights await you!
