Reflections Cottage

Reflections Cottage is located in Havannah Harbour, one of the most beautiful places in the world. There is snorkelling available right off the beach and amazing sunsets every evening. The entire island of Efate and all it has to offer is accessible from your door. Our lovely 2-bedroom cottage is located just a short stroll from the beach. It features a kitchenette, an inviting lounge area, and a private deck with a plunge pool and hammock—perfect for unwinding in your own serene oasis.

Beach home away from home

Kick back and relax in this calm space, with beautfiul views to Lelepa Island. Two min walk to the beach or river to swim & snorkle. Based in NZ with Vanuatu links, we built this home in Havannah Bay as our base when visiting. Thirty min drive to airport and Vila. New, air-conditioned home with a spacious kitchen, dining and living area that opens out to verandah with seaviews. Comfortable and clean. Shops close by. Take a day trip to offshore islands and resorts for lunch or dinner.

This charming 3-bedroom house is now available. It boasts a spacious sitting room, an open kitchen, a laundry room, a verandah, outdoor space, a garage, and even a dedicated area for barbeques (Farea). To ensure convenience, a 1,000-litre tank is also included. The property is equipped with air conditioning and a hot water system. Moreover, the property boasts excellent accessibility, with nearby amenities such as hospitals, shops, and schools. The town is just a 5min walk away✌

The Plantation House is located on the shores of the beautiful North -facing Undine Bay, surrounded by the islands of Nguna, Pele and Kakula. An easy 40 minute drive from Port Vila. The Plantation House is the original farm house for the Undine Bay Plantation and has an amazing history.
