It has also a panoramic view and a small private swimming pool(from June to October) The villa is made up of a large living room with a chimney and some windows through which it is possible to enjoy the view on the sea. It provides also a kitchenette and a dishwasher, two rooms, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. It is located 20 km from Cagliari and very close to other wonderful beaches .

Nella pace della collina di Capitana, col mare a 800 metri, monolocale con terrazza (condivisa con l'appartamento di fronte), giardino e piscina comuni. La piscina è stagionale, aperta dal 1° maggio a ottobre, e in ogni caso non utilizzabile in caso di maltempo. Attenzione: locale non adatto a persone molto alte, il soffitto è di altezza ribassata. Da giugno 2025, tassa comunale di soggiorno di 1 euro al giorno per persona.
