Se encuentra en una tranquila zona residencial, ideal para quienes buscan paz, privacidad y relajación. Amplia y elegante, decoración cuidada y todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda e inolvidable con familia o amigos. Estar alejada del núcleo urbano, garantiza tranquilidad y privacidad. Recomendamos disponer de vehículo para desplazarse, incluso acceder al punto de recogida de basura.

Ven a disfrutar de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad de un pueblo en las montañas. Nuestro alojamiento es perfecto para una pareja, pero con el sofá cama pueden venir con los niños o incluso dos parejas. Estamos a 100 metros del pueblo, con un ambiente donde se respira paz y tranquilidad. En el jardín de delante tiene algunos arboles, huerta y un laberinto con 700 cipreses. Detrás tiene la terraza donde contemplará las vistas de la montaña del Cavall Verd, donde desayunar será un espectáculo.

Se ofrecen todo tipo de servicios (toallas, tanto de ducha como de playa, self service de agua fría y agua caliente, dulces, fruta, refrescos, aceite, vinagre, sal, pan, leche, galletas, salados, botella de cava de bienvenida, hielo, zumos…) Se alquila por semanas (de sábado a sábado en los meses de julio y agosto).

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell.
