Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Our Cabin is set in a secluded spot with lovely views overlooking farmland, horse paddocks and the surrounding countryside. There are many footpaths in the area. A 10 minute walk will take you into ancient Postlebury Woods or to our small aesthetic lake. Imagine coming back from a long relaxing walk or maybe from shopping and exploring the Roman city of Bath to a warming meal in the cabin followed by marshmallows over the firepit. If you'd like to bring your horse with you we can arrange it!

The Waggon at Westcombe

Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. It includes an ensuite with shower and its own kitchen.. Only 10 minutes away from Bruton, handy for The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Westcombe Dairy & Woodsheddings Brewery taproom is a 3 minute walk and the Three Horseshoes a 20 minute stroll.

Set in a beautiful garden, this cedar clad building has been built by us using sustainable products and natural finishes with a bed-sitting/dining area, ensuite bathroom & well equipped kitchen. The vibrant town of Frome is a short walk away with countryside walks and cycle paths close by.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The cottage is decorated to a high standard,light and airy and looking out over open countryside With its own patio area for al Fresco dining in warmer weather Bordering the beautiful Longleat estate it is possible to cycle through the park Close to Bath, Bristol and Wells. Numerous attractions including cheddar gorge, Wookey hole and stourhead gardens The Jurassic coast is approx 1hr 20 min away by car If bringing cycles it is possible to store cycles in owners barn/shed

The Cow Shed

The Cow Shed is a bright and airy one bedroom holiday cottage/annex. It boasts a private entrance, hall, double bedroom, luxury shower room and comfortable loft living area with fitted kitchenette. The Cow Shed is set on a small farm with horses, chickens and goats alongside the river Frome. The cottage is great as a base to explore the area. We are a stones throw from the local attractions of Longleat, Bath, Wells, Stourhead, Alfred’s Tower, Cheddar and Glastonbury.

Elm Tree Coachhouse is set in a rural part of Somerset with easy access to Longleat,Centre Parcs, Bath, Frome,Stonehenge &Glastonbury. We are lucky to have lovely forest walks or cycling nearby ,great country pubs and the local town of Frome with its quirky shops & markets. The accommodation is modern with lovely views over the pony paddocks. A second coachhouse is also available to book which sleeps an extra 4 guests if required.
