Surrounded by 100 year old oaks & scenic wildlife, Salt Creek Retreat is a well appointed getaway. If you want to experience world class fishing at the beach & off the dock, with all the comforts of home, then this is the place for you. We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. Blue Palm Beach House - No Storm Damage

Life is good at the Blue Palm on the beach! Located on Beachfront Drive, with the dunes and the surf as your backyard, this home is the best place to enjoy Matagorda Beach! The home has two bedrooms - each with a king, one bath, fully equipped kitchen, path to the beach, double deck with hot tub...and the best views! NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Entrance to the home is upstairs. Elevator is not available to guests. Children must be accompanied on the deck, stairs and around the hot tub.

The Sweeny house is conveniently located 2 minutes from the Sweeny Community Hospital, 5 minutes from fishing in the San Bernard River, 10 minutes from Chevron Phillips, and 35 minutes from Surfside Beach. This house has many features including a place to park your RV with an outside plug, a full kitchen with new appliances, 2 TV's, computer desk, washer dryer, central AC/Heat, an electric fireplace, and a beautiful screened in front porch.
