Our Container Cottage is a rustic, former shipping container, now cozy cottage. Enjoy Greenville, SC at the only container home conveniently located to downtown Greenville. Sleep easy knowing that the neighborhood is safe. A fire station is located just a block over. The entire interior of the home is crafted with reclaimed wood. A short drive to downtown. Fenced in yard and dog friendly. Just a street over from a busy highway to which we have no control over the sound that carries over.

Family home w/ PingPong & Playset-Central location

This is a very family friendly home with a playset, toys, and ping pong. It’s centrally located with all the shopping & restaurants you need just a couple miles away, and downtown Greenville is a 14 minute drive! The Millennium Campus and St. Francis Millennium Hospital are just a couple minutes away. The house is in a very safe neighborhood, with a nice walking trail nearby. It is a very comfortable and clean home that features all new mattresses, beds, washer, dryer, & much more!

Our cottage is on a beautiful piece of property that makes you feel secluded and peaceful, but is only minutes away from amazing downtown Greenville, as well as quaint downtown Greer. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, smart tv, iron, ironing board, plush towels, high thread count sheets, choice of foam or feather pillows, and a choice of relaxing inside or outside on the screened porch with a heated throw. Located only 5 minutes from Downtown, this Little Old Mill House is a perfect place to stay! You will be close to many local coffee shops and cafes. The Swamp Rabbit Trail, Downtown, and Unity Park are just a short bike ride away. Our updated Mill House holds a lot of beautiful history and is filled with antiques and art from local artists. The yard doesn’t have a lot of privacy (transitional neighbourhood). NO PETS.
