Terra Firma - 1850s Fleurieu Cottage

Take a step back in time. Built in 1850, this cottage was once occupied by the very Caffreys after whom our street is named. The cottage is structurally identical to how those European settlers would have inhabited it. The thick walls are fantastic for keeping both the summer heat and winter cold out. Workers, holiday-makers, and day-trippers have come through this place, each having left their own little mark. And hopefully, the soul of this place will make a bit of an imprint on you too.

Chesterdale

Chesterdale is in the heart of Kuitpo forest on 32 acres, surrounded by 8,900 acres of pine plantations and native forests. Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

Located within minutes of Fox Creek Wines, Down the Rabbit Hole, Chalk Hill, McLaren Vale Town Centre and Willunga Farmers Markets. Additionally, you will be only a 10-minute drive to South Australia’s finest beaches including the iconic Port Willunga Beach.

Kestrels Nest - a luxurious couples retreat

This beautifully renovated shack set on the sand in the Aldinga Scrub Conservation Park has been lovingly styled with luxury in mind – it’s the perfect couples retreat to feel inspired, cosy up and reconnect. Under the Oaks is a beautifully converted 1858 church just for couples. Situated in Hahndorf in the stunning Adelaide Hills, just 15 minutes up the freeway, nestled under historic oak trees and within walking distance to the vibrant main street. Amble the historic village and discover the array of shops, wineries, restaurants, galleries and cafes. Luxuriously appointed, it is the perfect space for couples to relax between exploring all the Adelaide Hills and surrounds has to offer.

The Gallery at Bella Cosa

On the edge of a forest The Gallery is simply stunning. Soak in the huge freestanding bath while watching your favourite TV show or movie. Relax by the log fire, enjoy a romantic dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or take a stroll through the forest sculpture trail. It is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. You may find you don't want to leave but if you do there are over 80 nearby cellar doors to visit, amazing restaurants to dine at and beaches and trails to explore.
