Ide o útulný a tichý jednoizbový byt s bezplatným parkovaním priamo v objekte. Byt sa nachádza na 6. poschodí bytového domu s výťahom v centre Bratislavy v mestskej časti Staré Mesto. Napriek polohe v centre mesta je byt prekvapivo tichý, pretože je orientovaný do vnútrobloku, mimo hlavnej ulice. Súčasťou ubytovania je vyhradené parkovacie miesto v podzemnej garáži, čo je veľká výhoda, pretože parkovanie na ulici v okolí stojí približne 1,5 až 2 € za hodinu.

I’ve transformed my peaceful home into a cozy, stylish place where you can relax and fully enjoy your stay in Bratislava. The apartment is located on a quiet, hidden street in the heart of the city — just a 5-minute walk from the Bratislava Central Bus Station and 15 minutes from the Old Town pedestrian zone and historical center. A lovely park (Medická Záhrada), a street-food area, and a grocery store are all just around the corner.

Comfy Sudio close to the city centre

The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.

VivaLaVida is a renovated 45 m2 apartment. Located at 1 stop from the train station, 2 from the bus terminal, 4 from the historical center. Direct lines from the airport, to the castle area and surrounding city forests. There are cafés and children facilities in the nearby park. A variety of restaurants, pubs, grocery stores and tourist attractions within walking distance.

We redone this apartment according to our requirements. We tried to make it very practical and nice. Apartment is located in close proximity of the historical centre of Bratislava. You can walk everywhere from the apartment, so you won’t need a taxi or public transport. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby.
