Medieval Stone Retreat with Lake Views

Welcome in this unique and amazing retreat. Its cozy private mini-garden surrounded by roses, century-old stone walls, antique terracotta tiles, rustic chestnut beams, and spectacular medieval room transports guests into the past! An open space with a comfortable double bed, small equipped kitchen, living room with table, sofa and TV. Access to the bathroom behind the kitchen. A second tavern/bedroom with a double sofa bed, separated from the open space by a thick curtain (not a door). Private garden for meals. Perfect for one couple or a family with children (not intimate for 2 couples !) If you are a wine lover and love old stones and history, this place is for you! Imagine having your own flat with its own medieval wine cellar directly accessible from inside the apartment. It is truly a magical place to enjoy a glass of wine. Like the rest of La Maisonette, this appartment has been completely renovated whilst maintaining all its original characteristics. The floor lighting illuminating the stone walls and its pavement made of antique terracotta of antique stone slabs create a unique atmosphere. For your well-being and comfort, we have chosen only natural materials during the renovation and you will be surrounded by century old stone walls, terracotta tiles and chestnut beams. This ground floor apartment is made up of a living room with a couch and rocking chair, satellite TV, wifi internet, furniture for your clothes and belongings and a dining table with four chairs. This living space also has a small kitchen with fridge, kettle, stove, oven and mini dishwasher! It offers views of the lake and garden of the villa thanks to two large luminous double glass windows. In the same room there is a comfortable double bed. If needed there is a sofa bed in the cellar where two people can sleep. The apartment has a bathroom equipped with a fully tiled walled shower, two sinks, toilet and bidet. Being on the ground floor you will also have a little private garden area overlooking the orchard of the villa with its stone fountain, table and chairs where you can relax. We have taken special attention to every detail to make your stay comfortable and special. (furniture, appliances, lighting, decoration…) The apartment has an independent access from the street as well as private and secure parking on the grounds of the villa La Maisonnette is a dependance of my villa where I live. It has an independent access from the street behind my villa if you come by walk, or a second access by my garden if you come by car (free private and secure parking). I am at your disposal for any further information, questions, advice you may need to make your stay in Stresa and its surroundings truly enjoyable (excursions,places to visit,restaurants, transportations). La Maisonnette is located in a residential and dominant lake view position on the hills above Stresa and part of a hamlet called "Binda". The villa is 5 minutes by car from the A26 highway (Carpugnino exit) and 5 minutes from the Stresa train station which has direct trains to destinations such as Lausanne, Basel, Geneva, Milan city center. Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

"La casetta nel bosco" è un ambiente immerso nel verde dei castagni e dei tigli, per "ascoltare la natura che parla" ma anche la musica (casse acustiche in ogni piano, anche all'aperto) e lasciarsi cullare da momenti di vita lenta, semplice, autentica. Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Il giardino a uso esclusivo con area pranzo, barbecue, piscina, ombrelloni e sdraio è molto amato. E' presente Wi-Fi.

Appartamento con camera, bagno, living e cucina, con fantastica vista panoramica, immersa nella campagna ma a pochi minuti dal centro città. Ideale per amanti della natura, famiglie, sportivi. Da tenere in considerazione che, per raggiungere la cascina e godere della vista e della tranquillità della campagna, è necessario affrontare una strada sterrata e a tratti stretta. La Caramella

L'appartamento è situato sul lungolago, al centro del paese, con una stupenda vista dal balcone sul golfo Borromeo. Mettiamo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti gratuitamente delle biciclette (city bike e mountain bike, anche per ragazzi). Nell'appartamento i nostri amici animali sono considerati ospiti speciali e molto graditi. Di fronte alla casa vi sono pontili per l'attracco delle imbarcazioni e la spiaggia, dove a luglio per 10 giorni si svolge una grande festa per turisti.

Sauna & Relax

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Rustic Private Cottage front Lake w/ BOAT

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.

La casa è immersa nella natura, raggiungibile solo a piedi a 300 metri dal parcheggio, ma molto vicina al lago e al borgo che offre arte e cultura, splendide viste panoramiche, ristoranti e spiaggia. Ti piacerà per la tranquillità e la vastità degli spazi, i panorami verso il lago e le montagne, l'intimità, il soffitto a vista, la comodità, l'ampio prato intorno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie con bambini.
