Nelle vicinanze troverete: supermercato, pasticceria, pizzeria, farmacia e biglietteria per i bus. Su richiesta, possiamo venirvi a prendere dagli aeroporti di Venezia e accompagnarvi all’appartamento con un costo aggiuntivo.

Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.

A pochi passi dalla principale fermata del tram per Piazzale Roma-Venezia e per la stazione dei treni di Mestre, a da tutte le linee degli autobus. Dalle ampie vetrate una interessante vista del centro città. Aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Per chi arriva in auto, ci sono due ampi parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze.
