Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Our cute cottages Mihaila Seaside Village will let you have an amazing vacations in Kefalonia island, Greece. A beautiful beach that is only about 40 m away, will surprise you with its clear, warm waters and picturesque coastline. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, leaving room with well-equipped kitchen, outside shower. Nice veranda will allow you to spend great time with your beloved. The shaded parking place is big enough for the cars of all our guests.

Meliti is a one level cottage, consisting of 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 guests with an en-suite bathroom. It can accommodate 1 extra guest on the living room sofa bed, or maximum 2 kids. The house offers amazing sea views from all areas, especially the view from the bed will stay memorable. Relax in the cosy sitting room, prepare dinner or relax in the outside furniture enjoying total serenity, as well as the calming sound of the sea.

Vista Blu twin Villas are a delightful A/C bedroom villas which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (with sofa bed for extra guest and smart TV), barbeque and parking area each villa. The villa has private hydromassage pool you can enjoy the view to the Ionian gulf towards Zakynthos Island and mount Ainos. It's 20min away from the airport and 5-15min walking from beach/restaurants/supermarkets.

A cosy ground floor appartment in a quiet neighborhood. The appartment is situated in a beautiful village just a short drive from the airport and three of the best beaches in Kefalonia. The appartment is recently renovated and provides all the neccessaries comforts. It has one bedroom and a twin sofa bed in the living room making it perfect for hosting families.
