After a year-long remodeling project, I’m thrilled to present this personal residence Kaya Kalpa. Every inch of the property has been thoughtfully remodeled. Ideal place for artists, wanderers, all walks of life practitioners to come reset, reflect, and create.  The space is located on Amsterdam street in Condesa, one block from Parque Mexico. You’ll find all nice restaurants, cafes, and stores downstairs. Big supermarket, local Mercado, metro station…all within 5 minutes walking distance.

It will carry you to the silence of the cenotes and the warmth of Mexican kitchens, allowing you to feel as if you were inside a traditional Mexican country house. Located in a modern and stylish development designed by the architectural firm JSa. Conceived for travelers and lovers looking to take a break, find a place to retreat, feel safe and relaxed. A place where you can close your eyes and let yourself go.

Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Located on the third floor of an elegantly renovated Porfirian building in Roma Norte. Accessed by a hidden staircase that leads to an oasis of tranquility. Inside there are two bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom.
