It is not in the most desirable neighborhood (more unsightly than unsafe). There are a few unkept houses on the block, although the area is slowly improving. It is located within walking distance to the police/fire stations and a cute downtown area. Relax in the evening in a beautiful den. Enjoy sitting outside in the backyard. The house is fully available for guests excluding two locked closets and two sheds in the backyard. No smoking inside the home. Host and co-host are available by cell phone anytime.
