The main floor is an open room with real wood floors, a rock fireplace, pool table, sitting and dining areas and kitchen. Sliding doors open onto the expansive deck. The cottage is located 20 miles from Asheville, 20 minutes from DuPont State Forest and Pisgah Nat'l Forest and 3 miles from Jump Off Rock. Come stay! Again & again!

I'm a small cabin located in a wonderful setting with other houses on gravel roads. My owners put their hearts and souls into my creation. I have 2 BR's & BR's, great room, kitchen, W/D, 2 porches, patio and a fire pit. Located 2.5 miles from Saluda, NC - a delightful small WNC town. I'm up the hill from a small private lake *as of summer '25 - lake temporarily drained for long term repairs* NO WI-FI, weak cell. Guest pass for lake property provided. NO PETS or SMOKING - strict policy.

Sleep on comfy queen beds with soft linens. Enjoy pickle ball at Tuxedo Park. Lake Summit is a 4 minute walk. Flat Rock: 3 miles, Hendersonville: 8 miles, Travelers Rest: 22 miles, Asheville: 35 miles. Ride Rock Creek Mtn Bike Park: 7 miles. Well-mannered pets are welcome and will love the fenced-in yard.

Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... The Cozy Cottage boasts a welcoming modern farmhouse decor as well as a quaint and calming atmosphere. Enjoy a cup of hot tea as you sit on the front porch and take in the gorgeous mountain views. Recently thoroughly remodeled and upgraded in summer of 22. We now have central heating and air, 6 person Hot tub, brand new huge fire pit, new washer and dryer, and all new furniture. We think you’re gonna love it here :)
