Cozy studio apt easy to access, well equipped, surrounded by lemon trees and with a stunning view over the city and the sea! The studio has its private furnished terrace. Wifi has a strong and stable signal. AC has a dual split system cool/ heat. Your private parking spot is right outside the apartment! Check-in time is flexible but must be coordinated in advance. The apartment is located on the second floor, (third floor in the United States), of an ancient building, 150 meters from the sea. We would have the possibility of preparing a single bed; the extra bed costs €40 in cash per night, in case the two guests prefer to sleep in separate beds.
