Rumah ini mempunyai kawasan kopi di tingkat bawah dengan bilik belajar/mesyuarat dan gelanggang picklepall di halaman belakang, ruang pejabat di tingkat dua, dan kawasan penginapan berada di tingkat tiga dengan bumbung yang boleh melihat bandar dengan baik.
