The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Inside, it offers a unique experience with an ofuro (traditional Japanese bathtub), a sauna for relaxation, and an emotional shower that stimulates the senses. L’edificio è situato lungo il corso principale del centro storico di Ripatransone , proprio nella piazza del duomo. La sua posizione privilegiata garantisce viste uniche che raramente si trovano tutte insieme all’interno di un edificio storico. da un lato abbiamo il caratteristico borgo e il mare in lontananza, dall’’altro lato invece una vista sconfinata verso le stupende colline marchigiane.
