By car you will be half way between Santa Cruz and Carmel by the Sea for shopping, dining or entertainment with many beaches to visit in between.

Miller Suite: Mid Century Modern in the Forest

The Miller Suite was built and finished to complement the 1965 mid-century modern main home that we occupy full time. We share a walkway from the driveway and we access the same outdoor garbage cans, but we share no other circulation. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath, private entry suite is perfect for your next road trip, weekend away, proposal, babymoon, anniversary, or even a romantic place for your quiet elopement. Nestled in the oaks behind a privacy fence, the entire property feels secluded.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, Dyson heater,fan air filter, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Enjoy this peaceful redwood retreat tucked away in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This small private cottage comes with a private hot tub, outdoor shower, propane fire pit and hammock. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). Although 4 wheel is needed, THE ROAD IS RURAL, NARROW AND STEEP. Ideal for confident drivers. Permit #211304

This beautifully & recently renovated studio with separate entry and private bathroom is in the middle of everything Santa Cruz has to offer: downtown, beaches, boardwalk, West Cliff Drive, bike paths, etc. are an easy walk or bike-ride. The studio is also a quiet area for remote work. We are pleased to host you and help make your experience great. Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!

Big outdoor area with a private entrance to a cozy, small bedroom/bath, your own large outdoor private enclosed shower & outdoor kitchen area in a garden setting in Aptos, Seacliff area. It is a room with it's own entrance at the back of our house. Hot tub, sauna, fire pit, BBQ, organic garden. 15 min walk to beach thru an open meadow, secluded yet close to everything.
