As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. One queen size bedroom and the second bedroom also has a Queen Size bed both with ceiling fans, kitchen facilities, split system, coffee machine, wifi, Outdoor deck with BBQ. No smoking, vaping, pets, parties or visitors apart from registered guests. 5 minute drive to beaches, Mt Eliza Village which has great restaurants and shops. 8 minute drive to Mornington. Cottage situated near main residence but has private entrance, private garden. 2 night minimum

Mornington Peninsula Paradise - Self-contained cottage.

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.
