A quiet farm nestled in the rural hinterlands of Mysore, offering the peace, calm and quiet that one often needs in order to rejuvenate. We are an organic farm aspiring to be 100% environmentally sustainable. Drop by to spend time by yourself reading all day, lounging and relaxing, or exploring the Bandipur Tiger Reserve or the Nugu Backwaters and Kabini which are all an hour away from our place. We are located 35 kms from Mysore and are easily accessible from the Mysore-Ooty national highway.

Our apartment is airy, aesthetic, and spacious. You will enjoy a huge living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen, and a balcony with views over the city skyline, opening up to Chamundi hills. On our terrace, you can practice yoga, or make yourself a cup of tea and get ready to watch the most beautiful sunsets. We are fully equipped to accommodate remote workers, long-term guests, families, and corporate travellers, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

The space that we have is a studio apartment and has most of the basic amenities required for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Mysore city close to Chamundi Hill and Lalitha Mahal Palace, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. If you are someone who enjoys a morning walk, just 2 km away is a scenic and quiet park (KC Layout) close to the helipad, or MG road towards Radisson Blu. (Please read the house rules/ manual)

It is a two story home with a rooftop where you could even on the rooftop if you are a tent lover. Walking, cycling, trying local food is just on walking distance and the highlights of attractions Mysore palace is just a 10 minute drive.

Reconnect with nature. Welcome to our charming village homestay in DoddaGowdana Kopallu, near Srirangapatna. Chandrika and I manage the stay, we are dedicated to providing our guests with an authentic village experience. Our home is nestled just 900 meters from the riverfront and is surrounded by lush green fields. We invite you to enjoy our delicious home-cooked meals, breathe in the fresh air, walk to the river side and spend quality time with your family under one roof.

Art studio (entire apartment)

Katys apartment has two bedrooms / 2 bathroom and study with a desk and a private kitchen. The apartment is very spacious, green and serene. Perfect for a couple, families or solo travellers. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a meal. All amenities including washing machine, water heater, fast wifi and houskeeping. Grocery and cafes are just down the road. Not suitable for small children.

House of Thoughts is a calm, creative stay in Mysore for artists, architects & backpackers. Enjoy a leafy courtyard, a dreamy attic bed, and minimal, soulful design.
