Casa Giorì è la tipica casa salentina finemente ristrutturata in chiave moderna ma rispettando la sua natura originaria con le tipiche volte a stella. Si sviluppa su due livelli, tra i quali è stato ricavato un soppalco molto spazioso e confortevole.
