It is nestled in a safe and peaceful condominium setting—that is close to a supermarket, bus stop, train station and a large parking garage. Free street parking too. Note that there is a train track nearby the house, however sound is almost completely blocked out when the window/shutters are shut. Trains do not run during the night.
