Less than 10 minutes walk to beautiful Freshwater Bay beach and Tennyson Down walks. 10 minutes by car to the pretty Harbourside town of Yarmouth, the Needles & Totland, Colwell & Compton beaches. Tescos supermarket, local fishmonger, butcher & baker just 5 minutes drive away or all walkable.

Parks, play zone, restaurants and shop. During the summer months there is alao an excellent hop on, hop off open top bus service which will take you across the forest. It is just 1.5 miles to the quaint town of Fordingbridge with it's boutique shops and Salisbury and Bournemouth are close by.

Due to the central location, it's easy to access the surrounding area, Beaulieu, Burley, Brockenhurst, the beaches of Milford on sea and Highcliffe. There are many tourist attractions within a short drive including Poultons Park and Beaulieu Motor museum.

Newly built 2 bedroom cottage with hot tub and sauna located in Easton on Portland in Dorset. This unique home is built in Portland stone and has a ground floor outdoor space with patio and outdoor oven area as well as having an upstairs outdoor mezzanine area with bi-folding doors. The main living space that includes a 90” television. All equipped with sky Q including sports. Both bedrooms have super king beds and are en-suite with showers and jacuzzi baths.
