This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! This little gem has its own outdoor dock and is located right on the Fox Island trail! Because it is right on the water we have a propane Cinderella incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. These colourful stages are a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax by the indoor propane fireplace or enjoy a beverage on the dock!

As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. Our Lighthouse Inn has 4 levels. The first level is kitchen /sitting area and bathroom with shower. The second has a comfortable cozy bedroom for two . And a washroom just outside the bedroom. The 3rd level can be used to accommodate children or extra guests. The top level is home to an amazing view. Nice place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset. A peaceful Harbour view!
