Stan se nalazi u centru grada u blizini Filozofskog fakulteta. U citavoj zgradi vlada tisina pa je stan veoma prikladan za odmor. U stanu je veoma prijatna temperatura u ljetnjem periodu da se klima gotovo i ne mora koristiti. U neposrednoj blizini se nalazi market i pekara. Ispred apartmana ima veliki besplatan parking. My family is living on the ground floor of house. Apartment contains 78 square m and it is comfortable even for two families.
