What we provide- ~linens and towels ~cookware and servingware ~kitchen basics ~soap and shampoo ~starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and garbage bags ~the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided ~the grill is propane, though there is also a charcoal grill for your use (byo charcoal) ~firewood, BYO kindling Rental Rules ~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM -a fee will be charged for late checkout ~No Smoking in or near the Skoolie ~Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee ~No loud noise or parties ~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper Cancellation Policy 85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date changes allowed within 7 days of arrival. Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy, and that we strongly suggest purchasing Trip Insurance that would cover last minute cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies.

You have your own private fire pit, picnic area and charcoal grill. The scenery is awesome and the location is right in the middle of everything. Minutes from the famous folk music square in downtown and just a few miles to Blanchard Springs. You are literally at the edge of the National Forest. You'll LOVE it!

We're located 5 miles from Lake Norfolk Marina, less than 10 miles to Mountain Home & set on private property to ensure your getaway is peaceful & relaxing. Cozying up by the outdoor firepit or cooking your latest catch on the grill is a great way to unwind after a full day on the lake! We also have ample parking for boats & trailers! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The High Noon Cabin is the 1st of three cabins being built on our beautiful property next to the White River. Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year - sunrise to sunset. Located just 8 miles from the town of Mountain View where you can take part in our many local festivals, listen to music, or just check out the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Lake Norfork Cabin A

Cozy single room cabin w/shower bathroom and a lake view. The cabin sleeps five with one queen Sleep Number bed and one double futon with a twin bed on top, and is located in Henderson less than a mile from Lake Norfork Marina. Although the cabin does not have a kitchen, it has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and a Webber grill. It also has a flat screen TV, NEXT w/movie channels, and free Wifi. This quiet location is close to hiking, picnicking, swimming, boating, and fishing.

TOTALLY RENOVATED Home at the Famous Narrows on the White River. Be one of the first to stay in this remarkable cabin located at the famous Narrows! Enjoy a gentle sloping lot that walks directly out into the beautiful White River. This is a wade and fly fisherman’s paradise. The cabin boasts all new appliances, beds, and furnishings! The property sleeps 4 and has a king bed in the master, two twins in the low-ceiling loft. The loft requires climbing a ladder.

You’ll enjoy all that Mountain View has to offer with only a 10 minute drive to the town square.
