Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. In addition, properly registered UTV/ATV can ride into the Tonto from this location without having to trailer.

We are in a friendly and established neighborhood. Our Airbnb is a separate guest house with 630 square feet of comfort.

This two-bedroom, one-bath suite with private entry is close to all Scottsdale has to offer. Enjoy our large backyard with ramada, pool, fire pit, and private grill. Close to great shopping, restaurants, and golf. There is over 750 square feet of living space. Cool off during the hot months in the pool or relax with a game of bocce ball or horse shoes. The space is separated from the remainder of the residence where we have two golden retrievers and a purrfect black cat.
