This cozy all season cottage is the perfect getaway and my home away from home. At this modern cabin, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, while still being close to the city. All the amenities you might need are only 15 minutes away- Downtown Charlottetown and the University of Prince Edward Island. The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
