Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

Recently remodeled and boasting 3000 sq ft, this home offers comfort and serenity. Please note: Access to the dock involves a very steep descent, and the return hike can be challenging—best suited for active guests. Enjoy grilling out on the patio overlooking the marina, walking on the trail, or relax in the pool which is only a short walk away. This is truly a paradise. Guest boat slip is available at the marina for boats or jet skis. Slip is $50 per day. Recommended to book one month in advance.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Get away from the daily hustle bustle with calm & relaxing lakeside waters! Our newly renovated home provides a short, easy walk down to your own private dock in a deep water cove. This is your haven on the lake without the water & road traffic of Hartwell. From inside the home, take in the wide lake views from a screened-in patio overlooking the water. *Check-in time is between 4pm and 10pm. We do not allow check-ins after 10pm*
