The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. This is a beautiful old stone house with airy rooms, well equipped with modern devices which make the apartment functional for everyday use. In front of the house there is a delightful shared terrace where you can relax and admire the picturesque surroundings. Our house is located in the quiet part of the town, only 2 minutes walk from the seaside (50 stairs).

You can go there by bus (0.7 euro) or by taxi (5 euro). Tivat Airport can be reached in 12.5 km. Our apartments are situated in the best rated area in Kotor. Wonderful view on the Kotor Bay. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
