Our property has been fully renovated and features stylish, high-quality furniture, including a genuine leather sofa, carefully selected by the host. The living room is equipped with an aquarium, darts, and a projector, making it a fun and enjoyable space for families and groups. A washing machine and gas dryer are available inside the room, so you can do laundry every day. We also provide a humidifier and a gas heater in the living room, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the colder seasons. In addition, as part of our noise reduction measures, double windows (inner windows) were installed in mid-February 2026. Since the installation, outside noise (such as traffic and trains) has been reduced, providing a more comfortable environment for your stay. Please note that the area has some traffic, so it is not completely silent, but we have taken measures to improve comfort as much as possible. There is no parking available on-site; however, there are several coin-operated parking lots nearby. (Approx. ¥1,000 per 24 hours on weekdays / ¥1,500 on weekends and holidays) Our property operates with contactless, self check-in/check-out. The entrance and room are secured with a keypad lock, and the access code will be provided after your reservation is confirmed. (This is not an auto-lock system.)
