Utforsk vårt sjarmerende hus i Vika! Beliggende svært sentralt, kun 5 minutter fra Nationaltheatret og Aker Brygge, likevel godt skjermet i en frodig bakgård. Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!

The house has two floors, with two large bedrooms, including a dedicated workspace, two bathrooms, and a large livingroom with a open concept kitchen. It also has a big terrace and a garden. 3 min walk from shopping mall. 15 min from Oslo S. There is no cable tv but a chromecast that you can stream entertainment to. You will have access to the entire house exept one storage room and the garage. (free parking by the road)

Nedenfor huset er det muligheter for å bade. Det er også to SUPer tilgjengelig, samt to kajakker for deg som er glad i vannet. Sentralt plassert nær kommunikasjon til Sandvika, Oslo og Drammen.

Dette spesielle stedet ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. Gammelt, ærverdig hus med fantastisk utsikt over Oslo-fjorden. 10 min gange til Kadett-tangen og Kalvøya som er en stor badestrand. 10 min gange til Sandvika by. 5 min gange til busstasjon/tog og man bruker 15 min med buss/tog til Oslo Sentrum. Fine tur-muligheter langs kyst-stien i umiddelbar nærhet. Stor eiendom med plass til flere biler. Stor fantastisk terrasse med utsikt over sjøen.

At the very tram stop, just minutes away from the city center, the fjord and the Vigeland park. 200 m2 - sleeps a big family that cares for such a special place. Everything you need. There are four bedrooms; 2+2+1+2 children beds. And 3,5 bathrooms. The owner lives in the floor under - and will host you - and can even invite for dinner in the garden summertime. The garden is for guests by invitation only.
