A ház a Mecsek ölelésében, Pécs gyönyörű, donátusi részében helyezkedik el. Tökéletes, nyugodt elvonulóhely kettőtöknek. A ház tágas tereiben és a pazar panorámájában igazi pihenés vár. A belváros közel, annak minden lehetőségével mégis elég távol, hogy csöndes helyre tudjatok elvonulni. A környező erdő és települések megannyi lehetőséget tartogatnak számotokra, attól függően mivel töltenétek az időtöket. Mecseki túra? Borkóstoló vagy városnézés? Esetleg egymás felfedezése? Az egész ház és a körülötte lévő borászat napenergiával működik. Everything you need to have a relaxed time with a breezy terrace and well equipped kitchen. There is an outdoor kitchen as well with old-school oven and dining area or the garden barbecue with your friends. Observe nature and animals nearby with cattle farms and lookout tower a short walk away.

Relax in the Zselic hills in a special 67 sqm two-bedroom plus living room apartment with a huge 70 sqm roof terrace. Quality bed mattresses for a restful night's sleep and motorised shutters for total peace of mind. Terrace with sun loungers, hammock and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and induction stovetop. Free covered and closed parking on the ground floor. The apartment is equipped with all household appliances, air conditioning.

Bán house in Barabásszeg

The Bán family were nobles who determined the everyday life of Barabásszeg and Zala counties for centuries. The family left the house and the village and no one even remembered that its painted ceiling, spacious interior, old furniture, cellar and huge garden were the miracle itself. The deer are used to it, and the walnut, pear and plum trees are burial grounds for them. The renovation has preserved everything possible, we are also at peace with the deer and share the garden.

Libic: peaceful paradise

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.

Egy háborítatlan kicsi birtokon áll a Kalácsház. Ideális hely elvonulni és pihenni egy kicsit kettesben. Este pedig a csillagok alatt is fürdőzhettek a kültéri dézsában. Dörgicse egy csendes kis gyöngyszeme a Balaton-felvidéknek, különleges éttermek, Balaton parti programok és a közelben egy old timer múzeum is helyet kapott. A házban légkondícionáló biztosítja a meleget télen, és a hűtést nyáron. Egy forró lazító fürdő a kirándulás után ideális a kétszemélyes kádban.

A vendégház stílusos, új egyedülálló design otthon egy olyan környezetben, ahol tudunk egy kicsit magunkra, a természet csodáira és a belső békénkre figyelni. A ház teljesen felszerelt, klímával, elektromos fűtéssel ellátott. A galérián egy dupla ágy a nappaliban egy kihúzható kanapé található. TV nincs, könyv, tücsökciripelés, látható tejútrendszer, gyönyörű túraútvonalak vannak. Strandok, Balatonfüred és Tihany 10 percre. Pécsely a Balaton-felvidék békés gyöngyszeme.
