The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

It is a great get away for couples wanting a romantic getaway on the Kapiti Coast. If the sky’s are clear this is a great location for night photography. There's a tripod for your phone as well as binoculars to view the constellations from the comfort of a patio moon chair & blanket. It is an easy train or drive to Wellington.

Some features The Snug includes are a composting toilet, a small wood burner for warmth, and it overlooks a medicinal herb garden and some friendly animals see photos.

The studio is separate from the house with its own private outdoor space. Kokomea is just 2 mins drive from the beautiful Te Hapua beach and a shorter distance to Sudbury's wedding venue. Sunsets over Kapiti Island from the beach are stunning. Waikanae and Waikanae beach with its restaurants and bars are 6 ks away. Otaki's shops are 10 mins away.

Heatpump to keep the whole bach cool....or warm if needs be! Recently stocked with new linen, towels, beach towels, pots, pans & kettle . Two separate bedrooms, one with a comfy queen bed & the other with two singles. Shower over bath and laundry facilities.
