Welcome to our home! Our Airbnb is a 3 bedroom condo that is less than 1/2 mile or 2.5 blocks from Nationwide Children's hospital in Downtown Columbus. Includes off Street parking, fully stocked kitchen & bathroom, laundry access. All supplies provided. We hope to provide a comfortable home away from home for families who may be in the area for care at Nationwide Children's Hospital, attending one of Columbus's many large conventions or events, or visiting family or friends in the Columbus area!

The Livingston Flat is located in historic German Village, directly above one of Columbus’ most beloved bars, Club 185. This charming, 1 bedroom apartment has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Being just blocks away from downtown, you can easily walk to the best places for dinner and drinks Columbus has to offer. Enjoy the warmth of the gas lanterns on the brick lined streets, as you stroll past the neighborhood's gorgeous historic homes and beautifully landscaped gardens.

If you are planning on having a party, this is not the home for that. My home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. My neighbors will complain about the amount of people and the noise level. If this is the case, then you will be asked to leave and will not be refunded.
