Villa Fisola is an amazing newly built property situated in the peaceful village of Svirče on the beautiful island of Hvar. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, offering panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, and featuring a private swimming pool, it provides the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a truly stress-free vacation. This apartment is situated on the ground floor of our family house with a beautiful view of the sea. It is fully equipped and has 1 bedroom, living room with extendable sofa, kitchen, bathroom and big terrace which is ideal for eating and spending time outdoors. There is no airconditioning, but the apartment is situated in the shade and is therefore very comfortable in the summer heat. It is located near a beautiful sandy beach and is just a 5 minutes walk away from the center.

Steinhaus mit Terrasse, Garten und Meerblick

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
